Hauser installed a new Tempstar system including a new outdoor heat pump and indoor evaporator coil in June of 2010. Immediately that Fall they had to replace the outdoor defrost sensor twice. What was supposed to be a very efficient unit…

I did have one issue with Hauser, but they took care of it, and were very honest. They did the right thing, and I would hire them again.
